Marci Gnandt, Chief Executive Officer.
As the CEO of Advance Electric Co., Inc., Marci is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial, business development, administrative and marketing and operational matters. Throughout her career, Marci has gained extensive experience working in both financial and business management.
Marci completed her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Rider University after obtaining her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Rider University. Marci is known as an active member of the National Electrical Contractor’s Association and a founding Board Member of the New Jersey Chapter of Professional Women in Construction.
Jeff Gnandt, President.
With over 20 years of electrical experience, Jeff is now the President of Advance Electric Co., Inc. He oversees estimating and project management for the entire company, while assisting the CEO in business development and financial decisions. Jeff’s electrical industry experience has helped the business to grow significantly and had led Advance Electric to a new generation of complex projects and unique clients.
Jeff completed his Associate Degree in Applied Science in Electrical Power Technology and Electrical Engineering from Mercer County College. He is a certified Fiber Optic Technician, a Certified Interlink Individual Installer., and a Certified Illuminating Engineer. In addition, Jeff is a licensed New Jersey Electrical Contractor.
Jeff is a well-known member of the National Electrical Contractors Association and is an active board member on the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee for IBEW Local 269. In addition, Jeff is the Division Director to the South Jersey Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association and a Board Trustee to the IBEW Local 269 Pension and Annuity Funds.
Bob Froehlich, Vice President.
As the VP of Advance Electric Co., Inc., Bob handles estimating, project management and labor relations for the company. Bob is highly-regarded as a stage lighting and sound system expert within the electrical industry, having successfully managed and completed over 100 stage and sound projects. With over 30 years of electrical experience, Bob had earned a reputation for mandating the highest standards of integrity and commitment. Bob has helped to guide the firm in the completion of the company’s largest and most complex projects.
Bob holds three professional licenses – New Jersey Electric Contractors License, New Jersey Sub-Code Official License, and the New Jersey Construction Code Official License. In addition, Bob has extensive specialized training that includes the National Electric Code, BOCA, ANSI & ADA Electrical Applications, Barrier Free Sub-Code and in lighting efficiencies.
Bob is a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and a well-known member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Mid-Jersey Chapter Board of Trustees. |
